Sea of Thieves is the most exciting upcoming exclusive game in the Xbox One’s arsenal. Rare’s shared world pirate themed multiplayer action adventure game looks charming and unlike anything else int he Xbox One’s lineup (or really, in any system’s lineup currently)- it’s no wonder that people are looking forward to it, and no wonder that Rare puts out as much media for it as it does.
Take this newest trailer- this trailer challenges you to be “more pirate”, while also showcasing the game in gorgeous 4K visuals; I have to say, the art style truly pops in 4K, and I hope they also throw in some HDR, since this is a game I can imagine benefitting from it.
You can check out the trailer for yourself below. As of right now, Sea of Thieves doesn’t actually have a final release date (though we do know it is due to come out some time in early 2018, exclusively for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs).
