Bungie has finally dated its next event for Destiny 2, namely The Dawning. Players can expect to engage in snow ball fights, the return of Mayhem and much more on December 19th. The event will end on January 9th.
Along with Mayhem and the ability to pelt enemies with snow balls, there will be Milestones of Winter to complete which will bestow a Dawning engram. New consumables will also be available to offer rewards to everyone you play with.
Eververse will have some new items as well and her inventory will refresh each week to allow players to buy something they want with Bright Dust. Interestingly, at one specific week, players will be able to purchase every single Dawning exotic and armour piece from Tess directly with Bright Dust.
Finally, there’s the Dawning Gift Schematic where players can craft a gift for different vendors and ultimately present it to them for rewards. Each day will offer the chance to present and receive gifts so that’s fun. Probably.
