Ubisoft’s Far Cry 5 has quite the interesting motif to it, taking place in Hope County and promising a more American flavour to the bloody action unfolding. To that end, it is about rising up and fighting back against the tyrannical Eden’s Gate cult and you’ll have plenty of allies more than willing to come along.
These “Guns For Hire” are revealed in a new video which tells you exactly what their talents and dispositions are like. Jess, for example, is a bow and arrow specialist that utilizes stealth. Not only are enemies less likely to hear her kills but wild animals tend to not attack her thanks to the apex predator status.
There are pilots like Nick and Grace while Hurk makes his return from Far Cry 4 to blow stuff. The best of all is probably Boomer who will attack enemies, steal their weapons for you and even tag nearby enemies to make them easier to locate. Far Cry 5 is out on March 27th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Its season pass comes with some crazy DLC along with Far Cry 3: Classic Edition for free.
