Destiny 2 (4)

The weekly reset has come and gone for Bungie’s Destiny 2. With the recent changes to Nightfall and introduction of scoring, your mileage may vary on how “new” all of this feels. The Nightfall this week is The Pyramidion. There are no modifiers but the Strike will be more difficult than your average Strike.

Complete it and you receive a Challenge Card which lets you add certain challenges to the Prestige Nightfall. These include increased elemental damage (both given and received); “Extinguish” which sends your fireteam back to orbit after failing; and Power level reductions, all which contribute to multiplying your score.

If you have a decent score at the end, then you can avail of different tiers of Nightfall emblems with Tier 1 requiring 20K points, Tier 2 requiring 40K points, Tier 3, needing 60K points and Tier 4 requiring 80K points. The Flashpoint this week is Nessus so gather your treasure maps from Cayde-6 before setting out.
