PC players have had a go at PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds second overall map, Miramar, since the game’s launch in December. Xbox One players have had to wait longer but fortunately, they’ll now get a chance to test out the map later this week.
The developer has revealed that test servers will see the map added on April 24th from 12 AM PDT – you can download the “PUBG Test Server” client from the Xbox Store from that time. Testing will occur in limited windows – the first is from April 25th, 5 PM PDT to 11 PM PDT. The same timings will apply for the April 26th and 27th test windows as well.
On April 28th and 29th, players will be able to test out the map from 11 AM to 11 PM PDT each day. Since this is a test build, you should expect a number of bugs, performance issues and restricted features. It’s also possible that servers could be taken down for maintenance at any point.
Hopefully this testing period should lead to Miramar being more stable when it launches for Xbox One players in May.
