Rainbow Six Siege Operation Grim Sky

Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Siege is hosting another free weekend on August 16th, running all the way to August 20th. That means if you don’t own the game, you can download and try out all the maps, Operators and modes at no cost. The timing of the free weekend is important too, as the Rainbow Six Major championship will be taking place with a $350,000 prize pot.

On August 17th, Ubisoft will also showcase the next content update, Operation Grim Skym which brings two new Operators and a rework of Hereford Base to the game. More information on the identity of the two Operators – which include a UK police officer and an American who “remains an enigma” – and the rest of the update will arrive over the weekend.

PC players will have access to the free weekend before those on Xbox One and PS4. Rest assured that all progress will transfer over to the full game should you decide to purchase it.
