None of the games being added this month are particularly special though.

Nintendo Switch Online

Nintendo Switch Online subscribers get new NES games added to an ever growing catalog every month. These games are enhanced for HD play, and support online functionality as well. We already know what games are being added to the catalog starting this month through to the end of this year. But now that October is here, many have been wondering when those new games might be playable, exactly.

The good news is you don’t have to wait for long for the new games to be playable (as long as you are a subscriber of course). The games will be added to the NES catalog on October 10, or next Wednesday, Nintendo confirmed on Twitter today. The new batch of games, as previously announced, includes Super Dodge Ball and Open Tournament Golf. Personally, nothing this month is even halfway as interesting as the launch catalog was, but good for the fans, I guess?

Nintendo Switch Online launched for Nintendo Switch last month.
