Darksiders 3

Gunfire Games’ Darksiders 3 isn’t out yet, but new information on the game’s upcoming post-launch DLC has been revealed. The two DLC packs in question are The Crucible, a Horde-like mode where the player battles waves of enemies, and Keepers of the Void, a story DLC which sees Fury traveling to the Serpent Holes to confront an “ancient threat”. New enemies and puzzles will also have to be dealt with.

While The Crucible promises the chance to earn new rewards and items based on one’s success, Keepers of the Void will provide a new weapon from the Hollows, and the opportunity to earn Abyssal Armour. Darksiders 1 and 2 veterans will remember Abyssal Armour as being the strongest in both games, offering huge boosts to one’s stats (on top of looking pretty sick).

When these two DLC packs will release and how much they’ll cost, either standalone or as part of an expansion pass, hasn’t been confirmed. Regardless, Darksiders 3 is out on November 27th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC, so there will be plenty of time to get acquainted with the massive new adventure.
