Assassin’s Creed Odyssey – New Game Plus Details Coming Next Week

Managed to sift through all the content that Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has to offer? You’re in luck then, because details on New Game Plus are coming soon. The official Assassin’s Creed Twitter account responded to a user about the same, and revealed, “We’ll be able to share more information on NG+ in February’s Monthly Update video and article that’s slated to be released next week.”

Usually, there’s a range of changes, including new quests, that are detailed in the monthly update videos, so there should be more to expect. Still, it’s pretty significant to feature New Game Plus in a game like this. Would players be willing to start from the very beginning, potentially as the other protagonist, and complete all the content again? Ubisoft could have a few ways to address this (much like it handled level-scaling last month), so time will tell.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey also has some new paid content with the third episode of Legacy of the First Blade coming up. There’s also the second expansion, The Fate of Atlantis, which sees players traveling to the legendary city and unraveling its secrets. Expect more details on those in the coming weeks as well.
