Assassin's Creed Odyssey - Legacy of the First Blade

Ubisoft’s second episode, “Shadow Heritage“, for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey: Legacy of the First Blade is currently live. The story of Darius and the Order of the Ancients continues as Kassandra/Alexios uncovers a new conspiracy. Along the way, they’ll come across a ruthless villain known as the Tempest, who has plans for a dangerous new naval weapon.

Fortunately, you can steal the plans for the weapon for yourself. Embark on a treasure hunt to eventually claim the weapon, Chimera’s Breath, for the Adrestia and unleash fiery destruction upon any hapless ships you come across. As a pair of flamethrowers, Chimera’s Breath does significant damage, and will even paralyze an enemy ship in place for follow-up damage.

Shadow Heritage also provides a new Hunter ability called Rapid Fire. This lets you unleash a volley of arrows at enemies as long as your Adrenaline meter holds up. The ability can be upgraded for faster firing and more damage as you continue playing. Those who don’t own the DLC’s Season Pass needn’t worry – more free content will be out in the coming months. Check out a preview of the second episode of the DLC below.
