Destiny 2 Xur

Xur has returned to the Tower in Bungie’s Destiny 2, and this time, he’s got some surprises. Head on over to the Tower Hangar (where Dead Orbit usually hangs out) to find him. Xur will be available until the next weekly reset, which is tomorrow at 10 AM PST.

As for what’s available, this marks the first time that Xur is selling Exotics from Forsaken. Bungie confirmed that last week’s patch would allow Xur to sell the DLC’s Exotics, but it didn’t guarantee that this would happen every week. Thankfully, it did happen this week.

Xur is currently selling Ursa Furiosa, Titan gloves that increase movement speed with Sentinel Shield and convert any damage received to the Super energy. Once Sentinel Shield ends, that energy will contribute to your next Super. While it has received a nerf, Ursa Furiosa should still be solid for PvE.

Other Exotic gear includes Ophidian Aspect (Warlock gloves) and Oathkeeper (Hunter gloves). Oathkeeper is another Forsaken Exotic, one that allows you to hold bow charges indefinitely. It should synchronize well with Trinity Ghoul, this week’s Exotic weapon that’s also a Forsaken Exotic. The weapon fires an arrow which splits into three. Fully charge the shot while aiming down sights and the spread decreases. Score a headshot and your next shot will chain electricity between foes.

The Exotic Gear is available for 23 Legendary Shards each. Trinity Ghoul can be yours for 29 Legendary Shards.
