Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Reviews Start Going Live On March 21

A few outlets have been sent early review codes after all.

About a week ago, reports started emerging that Activision wouldn’t be sending out review copies and codes of FromSoftware’s upcoming Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice prior to launch, and that reviews, as such, wouldn’t be going live early. As per new developments, it seems a few outlets have been sent review codes early, and a few reviews will start going live before the game has released.

Metacritic is stating on Twitter that reviews for the game will star going live early Thursday, which is March 21, a day before the game’s release. Meanwhile, Brian Cercent, editor at Variety also said on Resetera that review codes have been sent out early. Several outlets have already been told, as we reported last week, that codes won’t be sent out prior to launch, but a few, it seems, have received them. March 21 will see some reviews going live, with others to follow in the days after that.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is due out on March 22 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will require less than 13 GB of storage space on your consoles. Check out its launch trailer through here.
