Dying Light To Get New DLC, ‘Hellraid,’ This Summer

This game will never die.

Dying Light

At this point, there’s no telling when we’ll get Dying Light 2 since it has been delayed on an indefinite basis. But the first game, Dying Light, is taking its role as a game about the undead pretty seriously as it will seemingly never die. Another major update is coming this summer, and fans might find it pretty familiar.

A brief teaser was released for the upcoming Hellraid DLC. It will feature a demonic arcade machine that suddenly appears. You will use it to cut through demonic hordes in a new horror-themed mode. For those who are fans of Techland, that name will probably sound pretty familiar as a project by that same name that was announced as a hack and slash title back in 2013. It was never officially canceled, but this probably doesn’t bode well for it as a standalone project. But it is more content for the game that refuses death.

Dying Light is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Hellraid will come to all platforms this summer.
