Deep Rock Galactic

After spending a good two years in early access, Ghost Ship Games’ Deep Rock Galactic released on Xbox One and PC. A co-op multiplayer shooter, the game sees a group of space dwarves exploring different planets and mining them for resources while fighting off any hostile foes. Though the game is out, the developer isn’t done with its support just yet.

Along with looking back at previous updates, it recently outlined what to expect in the future with its roadmap. June will see the release of Update 31 which adds three new secondary objectives, new shapes for each biome and monster pages for the Miner’s Manual. In Q3 2020, players can expect two new mission types, new themed cosmetics, a cosmetic DLC pack and lots of other quality of life features.

Q4 2020 will introduce two new biomes and new enemy types along with other unannounced stuff. More details will be revealed in the coming months but given the developer’s history with previous updates, one can expect these to deliver as well. Stay tuned in the meantime.
