Observer was already an impressive, atmospheric cyberpunk horror game when it first launched in 2017, but with the upcoming next-gen remaster, Observer: System Redux, it looks like developers Bloober Team are looking to take things to the next level. Recently, they revealed a meaty new gameplay walkthrough at the IGN Expo, and it’s really something.

Across nearly 10 minutes of gameplay footage, the developers show off some of the new story content Observer: System Redux will feature (of which there’s supposed to be quite a bit). The walkthrough also goes over some of the changes being made to the game, while the notable visual upgrades that Bloober Team have made for the remaster are also on full display, showing impressive lighting, reworked 4K assets, HDR, ray tracing, and more. It really does look impressive- take a look below.

Observer: System Redux is out for the PS5 and Xbox Series X this holiday, but does not currently have a more specific release date. You can get more details on the game in our recent interview with the developers through here.
