Ubisoft has provided a release date and new gameplay footage for Watch Dogs Legion in its recent UbiForward presentation. However, Xbox boss Phil Spencer made an appearance later to confirm that it would support Smart Delivery. That means Xbox One consumers will receive an Xbox Series X version at no extra cost when it launches.

Spencer also confirmed that Legion would feature DirectX ray-tracing on Xbox Series X. Other graphical features had yet to be confirmed but we’ll likely learn more in the coming weeks. As such, you can check out how the game looks, along with an incredible short film, here.

Watch Dogs: Legion releases on October 29th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5, Google Stadia and PC. It takes place in dystopic London where DedSec battles against the private security firm Albion and a crime syndicate led by Mary Kelley. Players can recruit any NPC from the streets to join their cause and ultimately overthrow the system governing ctOS.
