Watch Dogs Legion

Watch Dogs: Legion is promising some exciting things when it launches later this year, with its central idea of letting players recruit and play as any character populating its world, each with their unique abilities and capabilities. It’s a mechanic that’s look exceedingly impressive, especially in recent showings, and in a new trailer released during the Xbox Games Showcase pre-show, the game continues to emphasize that mechanic.

From a super spy with a fancy car with weapons coming out of its headlights to a construction worker equipped with a heavy wrench for melee combat, the newest trailer highlights various different playable characters in the game, while also reiterating its central narrative premise. London has become a police state, and it’s up to DedSec to form a resistance and take the city back- setting the stage for you to literally play as anyone. Check out the trailer below.

Watch Dogs: Legion launches for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia on October 29. It will also be available on PS5 and Xbox Series X later in the year, and free next-gen upgrades will be supported.
