If you picked up Destiny 2: Beyond Light and found its loot offerings to be lacking, then there’s some good news. Bungie announced in a new developer update that new Legendary weapons would be coming in Season 13. There will be six brand-new weapons, two each for Strikes, Crucible and Gambit.

Nightfall Strikes will also be receiving some Legendary weapons from Destiny 1, namely The Palindrome, The Swarm and Shadow Price. All of these will have Adept versions which can be obtained from Grandmaster Nightfalls. The developer is also looking to have Season 11 and 12 weapons drop from the world loot pool while Season 10 (aka Season of the Worthy) weapons can be found with the Gunsmith.

Weapons from holiday events, like the Braytech Werewolf, aren’t currently planned to be obtainable outside of its core event. But Exotics removed from the game prior to Beyond Light’s release – like Felwinter’s Life, Outbreak Perfected and Whisper of the Worm – will be added to the Exotic Kiosk in Season 13. Season of the Hunt is currently ongoing but should end in late January 2021. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
