Capcom has announced that its next big update for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin will arrive on September 30th. Version 1.4.0  will add Molten Tigrex and a high difficulty version of Kulve Taroth (which is a co-op exclusive monster). On October 7th, Dreadking Rathalos will be added as well.

Additional co-op quests are slated for the coming weeks, starting with two 9-star quests (including a hunt for Oroshi Kirin) and one 8-eight star quest on September 30th. On October 7th, there are four 9-star co-op quests including hunts for Dreadking Rathalos and Molten Tigrex. Fans can also look forward to additional subquests.

The excitement continues in October when the next update drops, adding a new co-op quest exclusive monster (that too at high difficulty) and two new Monsties – Silver Rathalos and Gold Rathian. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks. Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is currently available for PC and Nintendo Switch. Check out our review here for more details.
