The next character making their way to the MultiVersus roster will be Rick Sanchez of Rick and Morty. Player First Games made the announcement with a short teaser trailer. Check it out below.

According to the studio, Rick is going to be a ranged character that will make use of his various alien weaponry and science tools. For the sake of comparison, other characters of the same type in MultiVersus include Bugs Bunny and Tom and Jerry.

Unfortunately, the official bio for Rick on the MultiVersus website doesn’t reveal more details about his gameplay, with even his Special Moves section only mentioning that details are “coming soon”. There is also no release date for Rick yet.

The other character from Rick and Morty, Morty, has been in the game for quite a while now, and in contrast to Rick, is of the bruiser type.

MultiVersus is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
