Rare and Microsoft have released a new trailer for Sea of Thieves for the game’s next Adventure. The Adventure, titled “The Herald of the Flame”, will see the return of Stitcher Jim. Check out the trailer below.
The adventure will kick off on October 13, and will be available to play until October 27 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
Adventures in Sea of Thieves are essentially fully-fledged storylines featuring puzzles, maritime navigation, and even a fair bit of combat. These Adventures can be played solo or with a group of friends. Adventures typically tell help tell the overarching story of Sea of Thieves as it progresses through seasons.
Sea of Thieves is currently in the middle of its seventh season, which introduced the ability for players to buy, name, own, and decorate their own ships. These buyable ships come in three sizes—Sloop, Brigantine and Galleon—depending on the size of your crew.
Players can also buy multiple ships of the same size, as long as they’ve gotten a ship of that size to the Legendary status.
