Game designer Saiprapanch Adloor also took to the PlayStation Blog to talk about the game, mentioning that the game hopes to allow players to express their creativity by developing their island in any way they might want.

Towers of Aghasba puts players in the shoes of a young builder who returns to their ancestral land of Aghasba. The player has to help their tribe rebuild, eventually turning a desolate island into one that can sustain the tribe.

According to Adloor, Towers of Aghasba hopes to offer a surreal atmosphere and lore. It will feature a mysterious, expansive world full of different wonders, strange beings, and mysteries to solve.

Towers of Aghasba doesn’t have a solid release date, but is slated for a summer 2024 release on the PS5.
