Ubisoft has outlined the PC features for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora in partnership with AMD. Players can tweak various graphical options from Shadow Quality and Spot Shadows to Specular Reflections, Diffuse Reflections, Sun Contact Shadows and more. Check out the trailer below for more details.

Like many of the publisher’s titles on PC, there are also benchmark tools to check frame rate and usage rate for your CPU and GPU. AMD’s FSR 2 supports “most resolution and aspect ratios,” like Ultrawide displays. Nvidia users can also utilize DLSS, though the quality of its implementation remains to be seen.

Other features include a high refresh rate and support for many-core CPUs. PC players can also expect a “higher frame rate” depending on their hardware and settings. Whether this implies consoles won’t run in 60 FPS or not remains to be seen, so stay tuned for more details in the coming months.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora launches on December 7th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PC and Amazon Luna. It also launches day one for Ubisoft+ on Xbox and PC.
