As we get closer to Alan Wake 2’s long-awaited launch, developer Remedy Entertainment is continuing to dole out new details and gameplay footage for the survival horror sequel at a steady pace. And soon enough, there will be plenty more of that for fans to dive into.

The developer has confirmed that it recently invited various press outlets and content creators to go hands-on with Alan Wake 2 at a preview event in Los Angeles. As such, you can expect previews and hands-on impressions for the title, along with (presumably) new gameplay footage and details, to go live online across several outlets and influencers next week, on September 21. We’ll be covering all of those details, of course, so stay tuned for that.

Alan Wake 2 isn’t the only major upcoming title that has seen new details emerging from hands-on previews in recent date, with Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth also having enjoyed similar information blowouts.

Alan Wake 2 is set to launch on October 27 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
