Lords of the Fallen, the follow-up to 2014’s Souls-like action RPG, has seen success for Hexworks and CI Games. The developer has addressed feedback, making changes to New Game Plus while improving performance. Unfortunately, one of its updates, which nerfed some boss weapons due to how well they performed in PvP, didn’t go down well.

As a result, update v.1.1.292 has been released, to help restore said weapons to their original state. Since they require more levels to upgrade, two Deralium Chunks, 40 Large Deralium Shards, and 15 Replete Vigor Skulls are free in-game. It’s enough to fully upgrade two boss weapons from level 5 to level 10 and will be available at Skyrest Bridge for the next ten days.

Other changes include Blessed Reflections and Infernal Hounds requiring an additional 50 percent mana instead of 500 percent with the previous update. The developer is also splitting PvE and PvP balance, though it needs “a little more time to do this justice.” Current balance efforts will focus on PvE, while a roadmap for free content is coming this week, so stay tuned.
