Tekken 8 - Sergei Dragunov

Bandai Namco is continuing with the character trailers for Tekken 8, this time highlighting Sergei Dragunov. Debuting in Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, Dragunov is a Spetsnaz member who uses Commando Sambo to dismantle his opponents. Check out his moves below.

Along with immense power in his strikes, Dragunov can reverse attacks when crouching, thus taking opponents unawares. His arsenal of grappling attacks is also dangerous, especially with how he can mix things up at a moment’s notice. Interestingly, newcomer Victor Chevalier seems to have a past with Dragunov and they aren’t quite on the best terms.

Tekken 8 launches on January 26th, 2024, for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. It features several returning characters like Jun Kazama, Steve Fox, Alisa, Zafina and Panda while introducing new fighters like Reina, Azucena and more. Check out the PC requirements here, with 100 GB of space required for installation. You can also check out our impressions of the recent closed beta.
