Cygames hosted Part 2 of its Granblue Fantasy: Relink Showcase, offering more gameplay and details for the upcoming action RPG. While much has been said about the base game and its extensive content, the development team discussed post-launch plans in more detail.
Seofon and Tweyen will arrive as new characters in April, but an Ultimate Showdown with Lucilius goes live in March. As a major antagonist in the series, Lucilius looks to be an end-game boss fight in Relink, capable of disposing of level 100 characters with ease. Ver.1.3.0 will arrive in May, but its content is a mystery, so stay tuned in the coming months.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink is out on February 1st for PS4, PS5 and PC. A free demo goes live midnight JST on January 12th for console players and offers some of the Story Mode, Tutorial, Quest Mode, and 11 playable characters. Check out the latest trailer, offering snippets of the action and story.
