Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League

While Rocksteady has yet to outline its post-launch plans for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, rumors have circulated about what players can expect. Insider Miller Ross reported a seasonal approach for the looter shooter, but how is it structured?

Ross outlined the same in a new tweet, though the content players can expect is still unknown. A season is allegedly two episodes, each including a narrative, cutscenes and gear. Season 0 is the game’s launch, with the campaign and end-game constituting Episode 1. Episode 2 is reportedly titled “Finite Crisis,” but nothing else is known.

Season 1 allegedly adds The Joker as a playable character, while Season 2 offers Mister Freeze (if not a different ice-themed character). Season 3, which reportedly arrives around Halloween (and features a return to Arkham and Gotham City), adds Lawless, Deadshot’s daughter. Season 4 will allegedly add Deathstroke.

Year 2 is interesting because it’s seemingly not sorted into seasons yet. Two episodes are allegedly known – Focus, which may be when Katana arrives, and Finality, which marks the conclusion of the first post-launch storyline.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is launching on February 2nd for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. Stay tuned for the next Insider episode, where Rocksteady will hopefully reveal more on the future (and when we can expect offline mode).
