THQ Nordic has finally provided a release date for Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, based on the 2010 Wii platformer starring Mickey Mouse. Launching on September 24th, it will retail for $59.99/£49.99/€59.99 on all platforms. Pre-orders are now available, with players receiving 24 hours of early access.
Of course, that’s not all – a Costume Pack featuring outfits for Mickey Mouse based on Steamboat Willie and Brave Little Tailor, alongside a Football costume, will also be doled out. Those who want the outfits after the game launches can purchase them for $4.99.
Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Developed by Purple Lamp of SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake fame, the remake is set in Wasteland, as Mickey Mouse uses a magical brush to restore color to it. While it offers improved visuals and performance over the original, the remake also features new skills, like ground pound, dash, and sprint.
