The First Berserker Khazan

Nexon’s The First Berserker: Khazan, a hack-and-slash action RPG based on the Dungeon and Fighter franchise, is out in 2025 for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. The developer also shared the first 15 minutes of gameplay in the title. Check it out below.

It starts with the titular Khazan out in a snowy landscape, bloodied and dying. However, a mysterious force beckons and heals him, just in time to deal with a spate of enemies. Combat has some elements of Souls-lite titles, with Khazan capable of blocking, deflecting, and dodging attacks while encountering bonfire-like locations to rest. He can also unleash a heavy attack to break an opponent’s guard.

After dealing with some heavy hitters, from an armored soldier to a giant bear, Khazan battles against a demonic yeti-like monster. As he deals more damage, it accumulates wounds and parts break off. The gameplay ends on a cliffhanger with unknown individuals finding the disgraced general in the snow.
