The latest trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom offers new details on the Still World and the threats within. While Zelda can call on her Echoes to assist, she also discovers a mysterious sword to activate a Form, specifically the Swordfighter. Check it out below.

Bearing some resemblance to Link, the Swordfighter Form allows Zelda to fight directly with charged circular attacks and even blocking with a shield. It can also be used alongside Echoes. A separate gauge determines how long the Form lasts, but you can replenish it using energy from the Still World.

Automatons are another interesting wrinkle. By visiting Dampe, who’s graduated from grave keeper to inventor, Zelda can equip these machines to activate powerful effects. For example, one Automaton can lift off like a rocket while another fires cannon shots. They break after taking too much damage, so be careful.

Other individuals await in Hyrule, including Gerudo, Gorons, and fairies, while some familiar bosses, like Volvagia from Ocarina of Time, also appear. There’s also the tease of an evil Link, who Zelda must battle.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is available on September 26th for Nintendo Switch.
