Embark Studios has announced that the second technical test for its upcoming PvPvE extraction shooter, ARC Raiders, will take place from April 30 to May 4. It will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Players can sign up for a chance to participate through the official ARC Raiders website. This marks the first time console players can access the test, expanding beyond the initial PC-only test from last October.

It introduces several enhancements, including a broader array of ARC enemies, additional weapons, gear, and gadgets, and expanded player progression and crafting systems. Participants will also get a preview of the game’s forthcoming Battle Pass.

Executive producer Aleksander Grøndal emphasized the importance of this phase, stating, “Over the past six months, we’ve worked hard to expand the core experience based on community feedback.

“This is our chance to see how those changes perform at scale. We’re especially eager to gather feedback on progression, the combat experience, cross-platform performance, and how the experience feels now that it’s more expansive and layered.”

ARC Raiders is slated for release in 2025 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, priced at $39.99.
