As with Elden Ring before its release, FromSoftware will premiere a ten-minute overview trailer for its roguelike co-op spin-off, Elden Ring Nightreign. According to a translated tweet from the developer, it goes live on May 2nd at 7 AM PT. An English-narrated version will also be available.
While the original sees players venturing into the Lands Between to take down the Demigods and repair the Elden Ring, Nightreign has a smaller-scale goal. As one of eight Nightfarers, you’ll traverse Limveld, an alternate dimension version of Limgrave, and survive for three days and nights to ultimately fight the Night Lord.
Each day brings greater challenges, though you can discover loot during runs and garner permanent unlocks in between. With six Nightfarers revealed thus far, perhaps the overview trailer will showcase the remaining two, reported to be Executor and Revenant. Stay tuned for updates.
Elden Ring Nightreign launches on May 30th for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, and PC.
