Supermassive Games kicked off the Little Nightmares Showcase to showcase a new trailer for Little Nightmares 3 – a carnevale with violent living puppets and a terrifying atmosphere. It also confirmed the co-op platformer’s launch on October 10th for PC, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.

Little Nightmares 3 features two new playable characters – Low and Alone – each with unique tools for solving puzzles and bypassing threats. They’re trapped in The Nowhere and seeking an escape, which is much easier said than done. Outside of the carnevale and its horrifying entities, there’s the Candy Factory, where the Supervisor stalks the hallways and the Necropolis, which Monster Baby calls home.

While you can still play Little Nightmares 3 solo, it also supports online co-op with crossplay supported on the same console families. There’s also a Friends Pass, which requires only one person to own the game for both to play. Perhaps the only downside is that there’s no couch co-op. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
