Ninja Theory and Xbox Game Studios have confirmed that Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 will launch on August 12th for PS5. Check out the latest trailer below, which also highlights several new features coming in the Enhanced update.
Pre-orders are now available on the PlayStation Store, with the Standard Edition retailing for $49.99. Those who purchase the Deluxe Edition for $69.99 will also receive the PS5 version of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice with improved visuals. It’s unknown whether this is the same enhanced version exclusive to Xbox Series X/S since August 2021, which includes ray tracing and new graphics modes.
Of course, if you own the PS4 version of the original, you can upgrade to the enhanced version for free. Deluxe Edition owners will also receive the original soundtrack for Senua’s Sacrifice.
Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is currently available for Xbox Series X/S and PC. It follows Senua as she ventures on a quest to Iceland to save her people from the brutal Northmen. Check out our review here.
