Lost Soul Aside is on track to finally launch next week, having gone gold earlier this month. Developer Ultizero Games detailed the various weapons that Kaser wields on his journey, but what of his mysterious ally, Arena? A new trailer is available, highlighting its powers and how it can turn the tide of battle.
These abilities include Arena Claws, which manifest a pair of spinning claws; Crystal Blast, which fires off several energy balls at surrounding foes as you move; Mountain Break to summon spikes from the ground; a spinning slash called Purgatory Dance; and Frost Blast, which appears to be a solid explosion of energy.
Arena is also capable of boosting damage and healing Kaser through fights, and there’s the slight tease of the latter’s white-haired form with dragon-like wings. A more advanced transformation, perhaps? Either way, it feels like there’s much more to Arena than meets the eye.
