With the limited amount of time afforded to Coen to save his family from total annihilation, getting around Vale Sangora as quickly as possible is one of the most important priorities in The Blood of Dawnwalker. Fortunately, there is a network of fast travel points scattered across the landscape, known as Shrines, waiting to be discovered and unlocked for use.

How To Unlock Fast Travel
At first you will need to establish a network of fast travel nodes to use, by exploring the open world and searching out Shrines. These appear as chapel icons in grey on the map, and will remain so until you interact with and activate them manually, at which point the icon will turn blue.
Some Shrines will have a heavy presence of hostiles in the locality, and they will have to be eliminated before you can safely activate the Shrine for fast travel.
Once activated, you can interact with a Shrine again to access the menu with the Fast Travel option, locate another chapel icon in blue, and press the relevant button prompt for Fast Travel on your platform.
Destroyed Shrines
These are dilapidated or ruined Shrines that will need to be restored by finding the Shrine’s Heart in the general vicinity. The clues will be easy enough to pick up on using the Inspect prompt, so simply follow along to wherever it is being secreted, recover it, and return to the Shrine to restore it from desecration.
Note that the actual act of restoring a desecrated Shrine with a Shrine’s Heart consumes units of time from your 30-day countdown, so carefully weigh the worth of doing so.
Can Coen Fast Travel From Anywhere
If you’re wondering if you can just open up the map in the middle of nowhere and then fast travel to a Shrine, the answer is no, you cannot. At least, not in the base game.
There is a mod that will allow you to fast travel from anywhere, but using it will dilute the ticking timebomb gameplay experience as originally intended by the developers.
