We previously reported that several Xbox Live users were facing issues- the Achievements they earned on their Xbox 360 consoles and their Gamerscores, both were being erased completely and brought down back to zero.
Microsoft has now announced that this glitch in the system has been fixed, releasing an official press release. “The issue that some customers were experiencing with zero Achievements and Gamerscores has now been resolved,” said Microsoft in their PR. “We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. You may need to log off and log back in for the information to be updated.”
Well, thank goodness Microsoft did do something about it, and did it quick, because this could have turned into a pretty major issue.
