Earlier this month, we confirmed that the excellent and atmospheric first person space adventure ADR1FT will be coming to the PlayStation 4 soon– and at that point, we noted that while the press release did not make any mention of the PlayStation VR, we hoped that an announcement for a PSVR version of the game would be made soon.

Our hopes were dashed today, when 505 Games confirmed to VideoGamer that there were no plans to bring the game to Sony’s VR headset- in spite of this being a game uniquely suited to virtual reality, and in spite of there already existing an Oculus version of the game. “There are no plans to bring ADR1FT to PSVR at this time,” they said.

505 Games also confirmed that they are working on other SKUs of the game, such as a version of the game for the Xbox One, and that they should have final dates to share for those versions pretty soon. For now, all PC and PS4 players should definitely look into ADR1FT.
