Agents of Mayhem

Ready for mayhem? Volition’s Agents of Mayhem may not exactly be the Saints Row sequel everyone was anticipating but it’s certainly got some character to it. Some new footage released by GameSpot showcases the open world, particularly Seoul, and how you’ll fight to combat its various threats.

In Agents of Mayhem, you’ll be able to take control of three characters at a time, switching between them during a mission, and there are 12 agents in total to choose from. Though IGN confirmed that Agents of Mayhem is set in the Saints Row universe, the presence of Persephone Brimstone (who debuted in Gat Out of Hell) as the boss of Mayhem should be enough of an indicator.

Agents of Mayhem is currently slated to release in 2017 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. What are your thoughts on the gameplay? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information from E3.
