It may not be the Alien: Isolation sequel that fans are still pining for, but Survios’ Alien: Rogue Incursion is shaping up to be a solid VR first-person shooter. Launching for PlayStation VR2, Steam VR, and Meta Quest 3, the latest gameplay trailer finally reveals the protagonist: Zula Hendricks. Check it out below courtesy of IGN.
Hendricks is a former Colonial Marine and appeared in comic books like Aliens: Defiance and Aliens: Resistance alongside novels like Alien: Prototype and even Alien: Isolation. Though Rogue Incursion’s placement in the timeline is unknown, it offers an original story where Hendricks ventures to Purdan with Davis-01 to investigate a black site facility.
As expected, she encounters Xenomorphs and must fight to survive, relying on pulse rifles, shotguns, and revolvers along with the series’ trademark motion sensor.
