Many of us waited years for Half Life 3 or even Half Life 2: Episode 3 to release but to no avail. As it turns out, the “season” wasn’t meant to end with just three episodes. There were several planned for Half Life 2 with Arkane Studios helming episode 4 aka Return to Ravenholm which would take place between the first two episodes. Valve eventually cancelled it because it didn’t like the plot however.
