There will be districts.
Chicago is a large city, so of course there will be districts, where Aiden can travel to and explore. The city of Chicago is separated into six districts. The districts are The Wards, Downtown, hub of Chicago, Farmer Square, Mad Mile The Loop and Pawnee. Of course each district will have its advantages and disadvantages, but the one thing they all have in common is that, each of them, has a CtOS Control Center that controls each district. A district can only be hacked within unless the player gains control of a CtOS Control Center.
