Respawn Entertainment’s Apex Legends will have a new event starting next week with Thrillseekers. Along with new weekly challenge tracks and limited time items, it introduces a brand new map – Overflow. Check out the trailer below to see it in action.
Overflow is designed as a lane-focused map and features numerous structures with lava flowing through them. Much of the map is about long-range fights where snipers and the DMR come in handy but two points of interest, Overlook and Slope, work well for medium to close range fights. Use them for defensive positioning or to flank enemies.
Among the different cosmetic rewards include new Legendary skins for Revenant, Pathfinder, Rampart, Mirage and Gibraltar. Previous skins that were popular like Youngblood and Voidwalker will also be coming back to the store for a limited time. The Thrillseekers event runs till August 3rd on all platforms so get in now while you still can.
