Apex Legends

Respawn Entertainment’s newest event for Apex Legends goes live today with the Fight or Fright Collection Event. To showcase all the spooky times that fans will experience, it’s released the first trailer for the same. Check it out below.

Players will be heading to a night-time version of Kings Canyon, as a strange figure is seemingly pulling the strings. Each Legend has their own skin, ranging from dastardly to odd (Cowboy Mirage, everybody). However, more interesting is the new Shadowfall mode. Any Legends that fall during combat are transformed into zombies that hunt down remaining players.

If it sounds like Halo’s Infection mode, that’s because it more or less is…and it looks awesome. There are two new Legendary Weapon Skins which can be earned through free challenges and 24 limited premium cosmetics that can be unlocked with Apex Coins, Crafting Materials and via Event Apex Packs.

The new event will be available from October 15th to November 5th. Stay tuned for official patch notes in the meantime.
