Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation PS Vita TV Commercial Kind of Mixes Messages

But it IS about gaming on the go.

Posted By | On 29th, Oct. 2012

Look, we understand that Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation is the most faithful and perhaps the best portable Assassin’s Creed experience till date (now whether it’s a good game or not depends). We understand that thanks to the spiffy Playstation Vita tech, you can take it anywhere and play it anywhere. However, sending this message that “What this train needs is an Assassin”?

Oh Sony, have you learned nothing from your wonky commercials?

Nonetheless, Aveline looks great here, and at the very least it gets the point across. You’ll be able to purchase a bundle with the Playstation Vita that contains Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation as well. Considering it’s exclusivity, releasing on the same day with Assassin’s Creed 3 and being a part of the biggest marketing campaign Ubisoft has ever organized, it’s fair to say this is a good strategy.

But seriously, assassins on trains, Sony? Sigh. Check out the not very offensive but still slightly uncomfortable commercial above.
