The street date for Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Syndicate has been broken, which is pretty much standard since it’ll be out on October 23rd. Many players in different countries already have their hands on the game and have begun posting gameplay for the same. However, perhaps most interestingly, the Day One patch size has also been revealed thanks to NeoGAF.
If you were expecting something similar to Assassin’s Creed: Unity, there isn’t (much) reason to worry. It’s roughly 534 MB large though it’s highly possible that larger patches make their way out when the game is released.
Unity was reviled for its horrible glitches, terribly optimized performance and co-op matchmaking issues, hence much of the worry from the release of Syndicate. We’ll find out for ourselves in the coming days just how well its optimized so stay tuned for more information.
