Assassin’s Creed Unity Looks Unreal On PC

No, not Unreal as in Unreal Engine. Come on people, keep up.

Assassin’s Creed games always look good- the first few, because their graphics technology was legitimately impressive and far beyond most other games at the time, but in general because of their artstyle and how well it seems to hold up.

Well, with Assassin’s Creed Unity, which is the first fully next generation game in the series, we obviously expected some impressive visual leap. And while the Xbox One and Playstation 4 versions of the game look good, they seriously don’t seem to hold a candle to how good the game looks on PC (especially when the rig in question has an Nvidia chip powering it, apparently).

Seriously, just look at it. Game looks gorgeous, and the fact that it is maintaining this sort of performance across a fully realied open world is even more mind boggling.

Just as ling as there are no downgrades.

Assassin’s Creed Unity launches in November on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
