505 Games and KUNOS Simulazioni has announced that Assetto Corsa EVO will launch for PC via Steam Early Access on January 16th, 2025. Check out the latest trailer below, which offers sleek panning shots of its cars and new gameplay.

Though the developer hasn’t outlined everything included in early access, Assetto Corsa EVO will have a variety of vehicles, including hypercars, classics, race cars, and more. It’s touted as a “major leap” forward for the franchise, with new features, like a full 24-hour race cycle, dynamic weather and track conditions, and “cutting-edge” lighting. PC-specific features include support for three-monitor set-ups and VR.

In a press release, KUNOS Simulazioni co-founder and executive manager Marco Massarutto said, “We know you’ve been eagerly awaiting news on Assetto Corsa EVO launch, and trust us – we’ve been working hard to make sure everything meets our high standards.

“Our goal is to ensure the quality that all sim racing enthusiasts rightfully expect from a title like Assetto Corsa EVO. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the continuous and extraordinary support received from our community. We look forward to sharing more exciting news on the project soon!”

While Assetto Corsa EVO is PC-bound, it could find its way to consoles somewhere down the road. Its predecessor, Assetto Corsa Competizione, launched for PC in 2019 before coming to PS4, Xbox One, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. Stay tuned for more details and updates on it in the meantime.
