Shooting the Catalyst reveals a fourth ending

The Catalyst is like a supreme being of Intelligence, and as well as an ancient artifact that resides within the Citadel. Seeing that we know almost nothing of the Catalyst, other than the fact that it controls the reapers, one would guess that it is of immense power. However certain player took it on themselves to try and shoot the Catalyst and the results were not great, in fact it revealed a sad fourth ending. When you shoot the Catalyst, he gets quite annoyed and your choice will make everyone lose the war and as well as exterminate all life in the galaxy.
